Tracie’s Family Portraits {Lake Highlands Family Photography}

The last time I saw Tracie and her children, Sari and Reece, was when I created Sari’s senior portraits. [Sari’s session is here and Jake’s photos are here.] I remember being impressed with Sports Illustrated contacting me to request one of Sari’s portraits to be used in their magazine as they recognized her for her high school accomplishments as a gymnast. And I remember Reece as this cool little guy with stylish hat. Fast forward a few years and Shari is an All American gymnast heading into her senior year at LSU and Reece is this high school football player I have to look up to – to see eye to eye. [Hey, I’m almost 6′. It’s not like Im a shortie or something. These kids are TALL now a days.].

Tracie received a wonderful 50th birtday present from her husband – a portrait of her and her kids. We photographed in the studio as well as the natural light room to get a great variety of images!
