Everyone talks about how little kids grow so fast, but in reality, all kids do. Preteen and teens are constantly changing their looks, voices, and attitudes (at least mine surely did) so I was really pleased when Denice contacted me to capture her children at this age. This was a fun session because Madison and Marc are both very mature for their age and were super easy to work with. Here are a few of my favs from their session.
Kind words I received from Denice.
My pre-teen and teenager are not huge fans of having professional pictures taken, yet this year was the year when their braces were off and they still get along. Because our house is of a traditional décor, I was a little hesitant about the ‘contemporary’ way you described your style of photography, but was sure you would create something to match our home decor.
When we arrived at the studio, the kids did not know what to expect, but were intrigued by the studio setting in a historical flour mill building, which they thought was “cool”.
When we first saw the slideshow of our photos, my husband and I were ‘knocked off our feet’. The pictures were breathtaking and there was never a question if they would work with our décor. They were perfect.
Both our kids were so proud of the results and have been sending this blogging post with their pictures to all their family and friends to view.
We are already looking forward to coming back for senior pictures!
