We are starting out 2nd year with The Portrait Project: Cancer and Courage, which gives the parents of children fighting cancer a legacy wall portrait of their child. You can support the parents and follow along with the lives of the children we photograph on our Facebook page.
Last Thursday we photographed Dyrk, a super sweet little boy in the final stages of terminal cancer. We posted an image of Dryk and his dad which went viral over the internet, with over 1.75 million people viewing it and 200,000 people “liking” the photo. The response of people leaving msgs of prayer and support for Dyrk’s family was amazing.
Last night, WFAA had a story on Dryk and his family and included 2 images from Dryk’s session at the studio.
