I got excited when I heard Andrew was bringing a drum to his senior portrait session. I said, if you are bringing one, why not bring the entire set, so he did! He also brought his chess set and we created some great images with it.

Andrew has big goals in his life. He plans on completing his basics and then finishing his degree in Pediatrics.

A few of my favs below: [and no, I didn't make stuff up in Photoshop, we broke out the water when doing his drum images which you can see spraying in all directions. Very cool.]

Zac is finishing up his senior year and will be heading to Arkansas in the fall. What I liked so much about his session was that he had an easy, natural smile. I always tell people I ended up on the other side of the camera because my smile does not come easy!

Kody is a 2012 senior at Boyd who spends much of his spare time in the saddle. He specializes in team calf roping with his partner Kyle who I blogged about recently. Kody will be heading to Tarleton State University to continue his education and rodeoing.

Kyle is a cowboy, plain and simple. He and his partner Kody (look for his session soon) specialize at calf roping. We spent an afternoon at a beautiful location where they keep their horses.

Kyle will be heading to Tarleton State University in the fall which should surprise no one who knows rodeo.

One look at Aaron you know he plays sports. His height tells you he plays basketball. The fact I had to carry a box around the entire session to be able to photograph him at eye level proves it. Aaron is also one of the most polite and kind guys I have met. He said yes sir to me every time I ask a question… and it was not because his mom was giving him the evil eye, it is because he was raised that way.
